PREZLO-Specific Data Practices

Account and Device Identifier Data

PREZLO assigns each device a unique Device ID upon first installation, stored in the device Keychain. This Device ID is used to manage Free Trial eligibility, Freemium Access, Pro Subscription status, referral attribution, and community feature identity. PREZLO stores the following data associated with Your Device ID: trial start date, trial expiry notification status, Pro Subscription status, Username, and accumulated referral reward days. This data is retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.

Free Trial and Freemium Access Data

PREZLO manages your Free Trial and Freemium Access status internally using your Device ID and trial start date. We record when your Free Trial begins, when it expires, and whether you have received a trial expiry notification. This information is used solely to determine which tier of access you are entitled to and to send trial-related push notifications. Freemium Access users are subject to the same data collection practices as Pro Subscribers, except that subscription and billing data is not collected for users who have not purchased a Pro Subscription.

Age Verification and Parental Consent Data

In jurisdictions where applicable law requires age verification or parental consent for app downloads or in-app purchases by minors — including Texas, Utah, Louisiana, and other applicable states — PREZLO relies on Apple's age assurance mechanisms and the Declared Age Range API to fulfill compliance obligations. PREZLO does not independently collect, store, or process government-issued identification, biometric data, or any other sensitive personal data for age verification purposes. Age category signals received from Apple through the Declared Age Range API are used solely to determine whether applicable age-related requirements apply to a user and are not shared with any third party, not used for advertising or profiling, and not retained beyond the session in which they are received. If a user is identified as a minor, PREZLO will apply any required restrictions in accordance with applicable law.

Community Features Data

If You use the community features of the Application, including commenting on or voting on market-activity alerts, PREZLO collects and processes the following information:

Username: Your unique display name, either selected by You or automatically assigned. Usernames are stored in our database and are visible to other users within the Application.

Comments: The text content of any comments You submit, the alert they are associated with, the timestamp of submission, and the number of times the comment has been reported. Comments are visible to other users within the Application.

Votes: Your vote value (up or down) on a market-activity alert, the alert it is associated with, and the timestamp. Vote totals are visible to other users. Individual vote identity is not disclosed to other users.

Block list: Usernames You have chosen to block are stored locally on Your device only and are not transmitted to PREZLO’s servers.

Community feature data is used to operate the community features, display content to users, detect abuse, enforce community standards, and respond to reports. PREZLO does not use community feature data to provide personalized investment advice or trading recommendations.

Smart Push Behavioral Data

PREZLO may collect and process information about how You interact with push notifications, including whether a notification is delivered, opened, ignored, or otherwise interacted with. We use this information to operate our Smart Push Logic, adjust notification frequency, reduce unwanted notifications, improve alert delivery, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the App. Smart Push Logic is used to adjust notification frequency and product experience only. It is not used to provide personalized investment advice, personalized trading recommendations, or individualized securities recommendations.

PREZLO's Smart Push Logic constitutes automated processing that affects the frequency of notifications You receive. This processing does not affect Your subscription access rights, does not constitute profiling for the purposes of applicable privacy laws, and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects on You.

Push Notification Tokens and Preferences

If You enable push notifications, PREZLO may collect and use push notification tokens, device identifiers, device type, operating system information, app version, notification settings, and related technical information to send and manage notifications. We may also store Your notification preferences, including whether You choose to receive pre-market alerts or only regular-hours alerts. You can control push notifications through Your device settings and, where available, in-app settings.

Market Alert Usage Data

PREZLO may collect information about how You use market-alert features, including alert views, screen interactions, Call Tape interactions, High-of-Day views, Win Card generation events, pre-market alert settings, subscription-entitlement status, and other in-app usage events. We use this information to provide the App, maintain subscription access, improve product performance, understand feature usage, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and develop new or improved features.

News Headlines Data

PREZLO may retrieve and display publicly available news headlines sourced from third-party newswire services via the Polygon.io News API. When a market-activity alert is generated, PREZLO may fetch a headline associated with the relevant security from Business Wire, Globe Newswire, PR Newswire, Accesswire, or similar official newswire services. These headlines are stored in our database alongside the alert record. PREZLO does not collect or process any personal data in connection with news headline retrieval. Headlines are displayed for general informational context only and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to trade.

Trading-Interest Data and Internal No-Misuse Policy

Watchlists, saved tickers, alert settings, viewed alert details, notification interactions, and alert preferences may reveal a user’s trading interests. PREZLO treats this information as sensitive business and user-trust data. PREZLO limits internal access to such data and prohibits any employee, founder, contractor, or agent who has access to user trading-interest data from using it for personal trading, third-party benefit, or any purpose other than operating and improving the Service.

Subscription and Apple In-App Purchase Data

PREZLO subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Apple may process Your Apple ID, payment information, billing details, taxes, refunds, and subscription management according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. PREZLO may receive or process subscription status, entitlement status, purchase history indicators, receipt identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal or expiration status, and related information needed to provide paid access, verify purchases, manage trial eligibility, support subscriptions, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot billing-related access issues. PREZLO does not receive Your full payment-card number from Apple. Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process anonymous device identifiers and subscription events. For more information, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Referral Program Data

If You participate in PREZLO’s referral program, we may collect and process referral codes, referral links, referral status, installation attribution data (received from Detour), referred user Device IDs, accumulated reward days balance, reward tier at time of attribution (Pro Subscription or Freemium/Trial), and signals used to detect abuse, fraud, duplicate activity, self-referrals, or other misuse. A referral is attributed when a referred user installs the Application via Your unique referral link and the installation is attributed to Your link by Detour. Referral rewards are managed entirely by PREZLO and are not processed through Apple In-App Purchases or any third-party billing system. We use this information to operate the referral program, calculate and apply promotional rewards, enforce referral rules, prevent abuse, and maintain the integrity of access benefits.

Arena Feature Data

If You use the Arena feature of the Application, PREZLO collects and processes the following information in connection with your Arena activity: your Device ID, the alert associated with each Arena Position, simulated entry and exit prices, simulated return percentages, position timestamps, and whether a position was manually closed or automatically closed by the system. This data is used solely to operate the Arena feature, display Leaderboard rankings, manage League standings, enforce anti-manipulation rules, and improve the Arena feature. Arena data does not reflect real trades, real investments, or real financial activity of any kind. Arena Position data is retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.

Win Cards and Sharing Features

PREZLO may allow You to generate shareable Win Cards or Weekly Summary Cards. When You generate such a card, PREZLO may process information needed to create the card, such as ticker symbol, percentage movement, dollar movement, timestamps, App branding, and related feature-use events. Generated card images are stored on Cloudflare R2, a cloud storage service. If You choose to share a card outside PREZLO, the sharing may be handled by Your device, operating system, or the third-party app or platform You choose. PREZLO does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms where You share content.

No Sale of Personal Information; No Ads or Remarketing at Launch

PREZLO does not currently sell personal information, show third-party ads, use remarketing services, or use advertising networks for targeted advertising. If PREZLO later introduces advertising, remarketing, cross-context behavioral advertising, or data sharing that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws, PREZLO will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices, choices, or consents required by law.

Notification Choices and Consent Withdrawal

You can choose whether to receive push notifications through Your device settings and, where available, in-app settings. If You disable push notifications, PREZLO may not be able to send market-alert notifications to Your device, but disabling notifications does not automatically cancel Your subscription. You are responsible for managing subscriptions through Your Apple ID settings. You may also contact us at legal@getprezlo.com for privacy-related questions or requests.

Be aware that Your request does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of content or information posted online and that the law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances.

Mobile Devices

Your mobile device may give You the ability to opt out of the use of information about the apps You use in order to serve You ads that are targeted to Your interests. You can also stop the collection of location information from Your mobile device by changing the preferences on Your mobile device.

International and Cross-Border Processing

PREZLO is intended for users in the United States. Your information may be processed, stored, or accessed in various jurisdictions where PREZLO or its service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have privacy and data-protection laws that differ from those in Your jurisdiction. By using PREZLO, You understand that Your information may be processed in these locations as described in this Privacy Policy.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Other Jurisdictions

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with applicable data-protection laws may have additional rights regarding their personal data, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any such rights, please contact us at legal@getprezlo.com. PREZLO will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Where PREZLO relies on consent as a legal basis for processing, users may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

In jurisdictions where applicable law — including App Store Accountability Acts enacted in Texas, Utah, Louisiana, and other states — extends protections to users under the age of 18, PREZLO complies with those requirements through Apple's age assurance mechanisms as described in the “Age Verification and Parental Consent Data” section above. PREZLO does not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 18 beyond what is necessary to operate the Service and comply with applicable law.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

App Tracking Transparency

PREZLO does not track You across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or data-broker purposes. PREZLO does not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) for cross-app tracking, does not share Your device identifier with advertising networks, and does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. Because PREZLO does not engage in tracking as defined under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, PREZLO does not request ATT permission. If this practice changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the required ATT permission request will be displayed before any tracking begins.

Future Website, Landing Pages, and Tracking Technologies

PREZLO currently operates as an iOS application and hosts static legal-document pages on a public hosting service. PREZLO does not currently operate a marketing website, account portal, advertising pixel, remarketing tag, or cookie-based tracking website. If PREZLO in the future launches a website, landing page, or any web-based property that uses cookies, tracking pixels, tags, or similar technologies — including but not limited to Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising or analytics technologies — this Privacy Policy will be updated before those technologies are deployed.

Future Advertising and Remarketing

PREZLO does not currently run paid advertising campaigns that involve user-level tracking or remarketing. If PREZLO in the future uses advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or similar services in a way that involves processing Your personal information or device identifiers for ad targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, or conversion measurement, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those practices before they begin.
