1. Send a request

Email legal@getprezlo.com. Explain whether you want access, a copy, correction, deletion, to withdraw a consent, or to exercise an applicable advertising opt-out. You do not need legal wording or a PREZLO email login.

If relevant, state your country and U.S. state so we can assess the applicable rights. Include only enough context to help locate your records. Do not send a government ID, password, full payment-card number or a third party's information by default.

2. Identification and verification

We use device and subscription identifiers rather than a conventional app account. Your email address alone may not identify your app records. We will explain a proportionate way to locate the records and verify that you are authorised to act before disclosing or deleting information.

Do not share identifiers publicly. An identifier or screenshot alone may not prove ownership. If you replaced or lost a device, tell us; we will assess available alternatives rather than ask you to buy another subscription.

An authorised representative should explain their authority. Verification depends on the request and applicable law. We will not seek more information than reasonably needed.

A parent or guardian acting for a minor should say so. You may also request correction of the age group or action on information collected before a user was identified as a minor. We assess authority and applicable rights without assuming a parent automatically has access to all information or requiring a government ID by default. To withdraw subscription approval, also contact support and check store renewal status.

3. What happens next

We will assess the request, respond within applicable time limits and explain any permitted extension, limitation or refusal. Some records may need to remain for a specific legal, transaction or security purpose. Backups and independent provider records require separate consideration. We will explain material limitations rather than promise immediate erasure everywhere.

Where an appeal right applies, reply with “Privacy appeal”; we will explain the applicable route to a regulator. You may also contact a competent authority without first writing to us.

4. Subscription reminder

Deleting data or uninstalling does not itself stop store renewal. To cancel a subscription too, use the cancellation guide and tell us you want both requests addressed.
