1. What the Friend Gift programme is
The Friend Gift programme lets a PREZLO subscriber send a friend a free period of PREZLO Annual. When a friend who started the free period with the gift later makes a first paid subscription payment, the sender can receive a free month of PREZLO. The programme is currently available only on iPhone, through the App Store.
A gift or reward is access to the PREZLO service only. It does not promise any market outcome or investment result, and nobody may present a gift as one. Paid creator or partner work requires a separate expressly accepted agreement; it is not created by sending or claiming a gift.
The Friend Gift programme is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to send a gift, to claim one, or to receive a sender's free month. Do not send a gift to anyone under 18.
2. Who can send a gift
A gift is sent from the PREZLO app on iPhone by a user with an active PREZLO subscription, including during a free trial.
Each sender can give up to 3 gifts in total. A gift is for someone new to PREZLO. A gift that nobody claims within 7 days, or that is returned because it reached someone who already used PREZLO, does not count toward the 3.
The sender enters a first name, which is shown to the friend who opens the gift.

3. The friend's gift and Apple billing
The friend receives 14 days of PREZLO Annual free of charge, through an Apple subscription offer code. Apple limits the offer code to customers who are new to the subscription, and Apple decides whether an Apple ID qualifies.
Apple requires a payment method to redeem the offer. At the end of the 14 days, the subscription renews automatically at the annual price in effect at that time, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the free period ends, as Apple's terms provide.
Billing, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple, through the subscription settings of the Apple ID. See the Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds policy and the cancellation guide.
Each person and each device can claim one gift only. A sender cannot claim their own gift. Each gift can be claimed once.
4. The sender's free month
The sender earns one free month of PREZLO for each friend who started the free period with the sender's gift and then makes their first paid subscription payment. Joining PREZLO, claiming the gift without using it, or starting the free period alone does not qualify. Where the app describes this as a friend who "stays", it means a friend who meets the conditions in this paragraph.
An earned month is claimed in the app with one tap and is delivered as an Apple promotional offer on the sender's plan. Apple starts the free month at the sender's next billing event. For a sender who is paying, the next charge therefore moves later. For a sender whose subscription has lapsed, claiming starts a subscription whose first period is free and which renews automatically unless cancelled.
Up to 3 earned months are claimed together. Apple allows one promotional offer at a time, so a further claim waits until the previous free period has ended.
Apple promotional offers can be received only by people who have or had a PREZLO subscription.
If the friend's qualifying payment is refunded before the sender claims the month, that month is withdrawn.
Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not available where prohibited by law.
5. Limits and misuse
PREZLO may withhold or cancel gifts or rewards in cases of self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts or devices, resale or public posting of codes, or other misuse of the programme.
6. Changes and ending
PREZLO may change or end the programme for the future. A change or ending does not affect a reward that has already been earned.
7. Earlier benefits
Information from an earlier referral or campaign link may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Recording a link is distinct from establishing eligibility for a reward. An old link's continued operation does not by itself define new commercial terms.
If you believe you earned a benefit under an earlier offer, contact support@getprezlo.com. Provide the offer or message you relied on, approximate dates and relevant supporting information, without sending someone else's personal data unnecessarily.
We will examine the terms applicable when the relevant event occurred, available attribution and store records, and evidence you provide. These terms do not cancel an accrued entitlement, shorten a claim period, retroactively change an eligibility event or declare that nobody has an outstanding benefit. A missing current database record is not by itself a final answer.
We will explain the outcome and, where a benefit is due, the available way to fulfil it. No new cash alternative, amount or redemption mechanism is promised for an earlier offer on this page.
