1. Stop the next renewal

Use the same Apple or Google account that purchased PREZLO.

Apple: Open Subscriptions, choose PREZLO, select cancellation and complete the confirmation.

Google Play: Open Subscriptions, choose PREZLO, select cancellation and complete the confirmation.

Check the displayed expiry date and keep the confirmation. If PREZLO is missing, check the store account and purchase receipt. Contact support@getprezlo.com if you need help.

You can use these links without opening paid app content or installing an update. Uninstalling PREZLO does not cancel store billing.

2. Trial or immediate cancellation

For a trial, follow the deadline in the Subscription Policy, section 3. Trial access may end on cancellation; do not rely on a reminder.

Stopping renewal and requesting an immediate end with a refund are different. For Israeli users, the applicable routes are explained in section 6 of the Subscription Policy. Do not assume that selecting ordinary cancellation also requested a prorated refund.

3. Request a refund or report a problem

Describe the issue and identify the store and relevant transaction, without full card details or passwords. A refund request does not necessarily stop renewal; check both separately. We will assist with actions available to us and applicable rights.

Subject: PREZLO subscription assistance

Identify the purchasing store, explain whether you want to stop renewal, request immediate cancellation, request a refund or resolve missing access, and include a transaction reference if available.
