1. Information service

PREZLO supplies information about observed activity in U.S. stocks. It does not tell you whether to buy, sell or hold a security, predict a future move, assess suitability or execute transactions. No advisory, brokerage or fiduciary relationship is created by a subscription. This describes the service offered; it is not a claim of regulatory exemption or approval.

An alert means that PREZLO's data-processing conditions were met. It does not establish the cause of a move, a company's value, a favourable opportunity or the likelihood that a move will continue. It may concern volatile, illiquid or otherwise risky securities.

2. Data and delivery

Data comes from external market-data sources and is processed by PREZLO. Detection, sampling, processing, dispatch and receipt are different times. Quotes, trades, aggregates and derived figures are not interchangeable. A “live” screen does not guarantee an executable current price.

Data may be delayed, missing, stale or incorrect. Network issues, market halts, limited liquidity and source corrections can affect the display. The last received price may remain visible during a halt or interruption. A fallback data source can have a different timestamp or delay. Displayed peak timestamps may reflect when the system recorded the value rather than the exact exchange trade time. Retrospective downward corrections are not guaranteed.

Generic push notifications do not identify the security. Viewing stock details requires opening the app and having the necessary access. Delivery is not guaranteed at the same instant for every recipient.

3. Understanding the historical display

The historical record is a record of detected market movements, not a record of executed trades or customer returns.

The baseline used for the displayed movement is the low of the detection minute's price bar. It is not necessarily the market price when the push was sent or received, or a price available to you. The recorded peak is tracked during the relevant day's observation window, generally 04:00–16:00 New York time. Source timing and fallback limitations described above can affect it.

The displayed peak percentage measures the difference between that recorded peak and baseline divided by the baseline. It does not subtract spread, commissions, slippage, taxes or financing costs. Buying at the baseline and selling at the peak may have been impossible.

The peak-percentage display has a zero floor. A 0% entry therefore does not show the full size of a decline. A decline label is applied only under particular conditions and does not identify every loss or every risky security. “Peak” is not a promise of an available sale price.

The historical window ordinarily covers approximately 60 trading days and may include the current session. It is not an exhaustive record of every stock move or an independent audit. Display order, selected dates and highlights can change what is visible. A selected example is not evidence of a typical outcome.

4. Personal decisions and risk

Securities prices can fall substantially, and losses may include the entire amount invested. Past market movements do not indicate future results. You are responsible for decisions made outside the Service and should verify material information with appropriate independent sources. Obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional if you need a personal assessment.

Submitted comments are not PREZLO recommendations and should not be treated as verified research.

5. Commercial interests

PREZLO earns subscription revenue. It does not currently accept payment from issuers, brokers or others in exchange for selecting or placing a security, or for directing a user to a securities transaction. Content selection is based on the system's market-data process, not an assessment of your needs.

The people influencing our content selection do not currently hold or trade the securities that may appear. This describes the present position rather than a promise about all future personnel or holdings. Any material change that affects disclosures will be addressed before inconsistent representations are made.

6. Relationship to other documents

This disclosure forms part of the Terms of Use. Liability is governed by those Terms and mandatory law, not a separate unlimited release in this document. It does not waive consumer, privacy or other non-excludable rights.
